Carry-Over PL Day Expiration

If any conductor has any unused carry-over personal leave days from last year, you need to email Payroll and cc Chief Caller, Jason Sapp on the email in order to get paid for them. Those days will expire on May 1st, so I would suggest sending the email as soon as possible before the weekend.

Example email: Hello, I am Coty Batemon (EID:1234567). I’m writing to request that my unused carryover personal leave days from 2022 be paid before their expiration on May 1st.
