Chattanooga Dorm Standards

  • Each room should have been completely cleaned.

  • Sheets Changed

  • Pillowcase Changed

  • Comforter Changed

  • Toilet Cleaned

  • Shower Cleaned

  • Sink and Mirror Cleaned

  • Room Vacuumed

  • Furniture wiped down.

  • New Towels and wash cloth

  • New Bathmat

  • Soap and Shampoo in the bathroom.

Pest Control

  • Pest Control treats the dorm every Month.

  • If a Bed Bug is reported, the room is treated by the local pest control company

  • Room is taken out of service for 14 days.

  • Adjacent Rooms are taken out of service until the rooms have been treated.

  • Pest Control should treat the locker room, common arears, halls and open rooms.

  • No Smoking/vaping inside the dorm and only smoking at designated areas

  • No outside guests allowed into the dorm.

  • Each guest should check-out and return the key to the front desk before they depart.

  • Guest cars parked in the parking lot should have current tags, insurance, and be drivable.

  • Guests should report any issues to the front desk.

  • Front desk should be staffed 24/7.

  • Should have at least one housekeeper on site 24/7

  • Fitness equipment should be cleaned daily and be in working order.

Tracks End

  • Tables should be cleaned between guests.

  • Full Menu should be available (unless there is a nationwide shortage).

  • Food should be stored according to FDA requirements.

  • Food stations should be cleaned between shifts.
